KUBIK. is operated by Business Unfiltered, LLC ("we," "us"), based in Maryland, USA. Business Unfiltered, LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.kristenunfiltered.com (the "Site"), why, who else handles it, and what you can do about it. It works together with our Terms of Service.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Email signup. When you request the free 6-Figure Bio Makeover, you enter your name and email on a form hosted by Flodesk. We receive that information from Flodesk so we can send you the training and follow-up emails.
- Messages. If you email hello@businessunfilteredllc.com or message @kristenunfiltered on Instagram, we receive what you send, plus your contact details and handle.
- Clients. If you become a client, we collect the business and billing details needed to work together and take payment. Client work happens in Telegram, so Telegram's own policy applies to those conversations. We also use AI tools to help review and draft client work, which means client content may be processed by those tools.
Information collected automatically
- Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time).
- The Instagram feed on the Site is displayed through Behold, a third-party widget. Behold may receive your IP address and device information when the feed loads.
- We do not run analytics or advertising pixels on the Site.
How we use it
- Deliver the free training and send the marketing emails you signed up for.
- Reply to your messages and run client work.
- Take payments and keep business records.
- Keep the Site working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the above: Flodesk (email), Netlify (hosting), Behold (Instagram feed), Instagram and Telegram (messaging), the AI tool providers we use in client work, and the payment processors we use to bill clients. Payment processors receive the payment details you enter; we do not store full card numbers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Email choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed. Service messages about active client work may still be sent while you are a client.
Cookies
We do not set our own cookies on the Site. Third-party services listed above, such as Behold, may set their own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Email list data stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Client and payment records stay as long as needed for tax, legal, and accounting purposes.

Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
